First session of a six-session community discussion group “Menu for the Future” about food and food systems. The readings, compiled by the Northwest Earth Institute, consider food from multiple perspectives – cultural, economic, ecological, health and social – each presenting a different, though often complementary, angle on the complex modern food systems that most of us depend on.
